Visiting this page

This page has no forms and, without your consent, sets no analytics cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts are hosted on our own server. When you open it, our hosting provider's server necessarily processes your IP address, the requested page, date and time and details of your browser, solely to deliver the page to you. This data is not stored: server log files are switched off. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and Google Analytics (only with your consent)

On your first visit, a cookie notice (the "CookieConsent" tool, hosted on our own server) asks whether you agree to analytics. Your choice is stored in the technically necessary cookie "meryth_consent" (24 months). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE.

Only if you agree do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to see how many people visit the page and whether they click the email, WhatsApp or phone links. We use Google Consent Mode v2: no request is sent to Google before your consent. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Cookies: "_ga" and "_ga_SR7JJEMG1M", up to 2 years. The data is kept for 14 months. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

Hosting

ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (EU). We have a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in the EU.

Contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us, we process the data you give us (for example name, email address, phone number and message) to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless we are legally required to keep it.

WhatsApp: the link only opens WhatsApp; no data is sent to WhatsApp when you visit this page. If you message us, the provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More in WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just email info@meryth.es. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Spain the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Right to object: where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
